The following rules apply to all transactions on BV99:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT). Deposits below the minimum amount will not be accepted.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT). A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies as per the relevant terms.
• Payment Method: Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Processing Time: Deposits are usually instant. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions on bv99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Verification Required: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed without it.

BV99 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction for investigation. If you experience an issue with a transaction, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

The following general rules apply to all bv99 bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms for each bonus will be stated separately.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 15x, 20x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. If a bonus is not used within the specified timeframe, it will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Any user found attempting to abuse the bonus system will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided.
• Referral Bonus: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuinely new user and must make a minimum deposit.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming on bv99:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except under special circumstances.
• Odds Change: In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: For any incomplete game or bet resulting from a server error or technical issue, BV99's decision is final.
• Min/Max Bet: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Game Results: All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent bodies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BV99. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using BV99 for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Harassing other users, posting inappropriate comments, or attempting to disrupt the platform environment.
• Using BV99's brand, logo, or content without authorization.

If suspicious activity is detected, BV99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending completion of an investigation.

Bv99 may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• When required by a court order or government authority.

BV99 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any game or bet left incomplete due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

• In the event of service disruption due to unexpected technical failures or force majeure circumstances.
